Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (business days) of ordering via Canada Post.  

Our rates are:

$8.00 for standard items 0.0kg-5.0 kg

$18.00 for heavy items 5.0kg-20.0kg 

We will be happy to provide a shipping quote for you for oversized items such as car seats, train tables, etc although it will be most economical for you to arrange in store pick up for oversized items.

Items are shipped without tracking but it is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for a shipping quote. 


All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days. Refunds will only be given is receipt is provided and items are in original packaging with tags attached. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

For safety and hygiene puroposes the following items are final sale:

  • Car seats
  • Essential oils
  • Jewelry
  • Swimsuits
  • Underwear
  • Cloth Diapers
  • Fidget cubes and spinners

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.

Defective products past 60 days from purchase must be addressed with the manufacturer.


At this time, online gift certificates and in store gift certificates function separately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Gift certificates purchased online can only be redeemed online and gift certificates purchased in store can only be redeemed in store. 


While we make every effort to ensure accurate information and stock levels, it is possible that a mistake will be found from time to time. In the case of any product errors or stock shortages, we will contact you right away to discuss options for substituting or cancelling your order.
